An entrepreneur in the bath and body industry since 2011, Susan Muriel Crusoe-Farris, began her journey with a small storefront in National Harbor, Maryland: S.O.A.P. – Scented, Organic, Artisan, Pure. What started as a local shop quickly became a destination for customers seeking quality, handcrafted products that felt both indulgent and effective.
With a growing community and a clear point of view, the brand transitioned online in 2015—expanding its reach across the U.S. and Canada while staying rooted in the same craftsmanship and care.
