FREE SHIPPING on orders over $30. Standard shipping rates are $5.00 on orders less than $30. 

PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days of purchase. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the information to populate on the shipper’s website. 

SHIPPING REGIONS
We ship to the United States including APO and U.S. post office boxes. Canada: To request shipping to Canada, please contact us at: Hello@MurielCrusoe.com and we will provide a quote for shipping your items to Canada.

SALES TAX
Sales tax is charged for orders shipped within the state of Illinois.

SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS
Shipments that encounter exceptions such as delivery exceptions due to incorrect address or parcel returned can be reshipped at the customer’s expense. If a shipment is lost in transit, damaged or delivered without contents, we will cover the replacement and shipping: refunds will not be granted.
