We want you to be pleased with the products and service you receive. And we also want you to shop in confidence knowing your product is made fresh and handmade and has never been used by another customer. To that end, due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.
Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damaged product and email the photo to us at Hello@MurielCrusoe.com within 5 days of receipt of the item.
Once notified, we will either replace the damaged product or refund the amount of the purchase. Such refund will be provided as a refund to the original payment method within five (5) business days of notification.
Shipping / Shelter Donation
Please do not ship the item back to us as we do not restock and resell personal products. Simply dispose of the item or if unused, donate it to a local charity or women's shelter.
